Service agreement
Terms of Service
Important terms for quotations, reservations, payments, and chauffeur service.
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Quotes and reservations
Submitting a website form or receiving an initial estimate does not confirm a reservation. Service is confirmed only after Ride On Nashville accepts the itinerary, communicates final pricing and applicable terms, and receives any required payment, authorization, or deposit.
Pricing and payment
Pricing may reflect the vehicle, route, pickup time, distance, duration, airport access, tolls, parking, waiting time, additional stops, event traffic, affiliate service, and special requirements. The customer authorizes charges stated in the confirmed quotation or reservation agreement. Remaining balances are due as stated in the confirmation.
Cancellations and no-shows
Unless a confirmation states a different deadline, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside the applicable deadline may be charged up to the full reservation amount. Hourly service, special events, Sprinters, multi-vehicle reservations, weddings, and long-distance trips may have longer cancellation periods or nonrefundable deposits stated in the reservation agreement.
A no-show may be charged in full when the passenger cannot be contacted and does not meet the chauffeur within the applicable waiting period.
Waiting time and additional stops
Domestic airport pickups include up to 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight’s actual arrival. International airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight’s actual arrival. Customers must provide accurate flight information so arrival timing can be monitored.
Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time. After the applicable grace period, waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments at the rate stated in the reservation confirmation.
Unscheduled stops, route changes, and service extensions are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability and may result in additional time, mileage, parking, or toll charges.
Flights, weather, and delays
Customers must provide accurate flight and contact information and promptly report cancellations or major changes. Ride On Nashville will make reasonable efforts to adjust service, but availability is not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, road closures, flight disruptions, venue restrictions, and other conditions outside our control may affect timing.
Vehicles and affiliates
Vehicle images are representative. Specific makes, models, colors, features, and seating configurations are subject to availability, and a comparable or upgraded vehicle may be substituted when necessary. Ride On Nashville may use qualified transportation affiliates to complete certain reservations. Affiliate vehicles and chauffeurs must meet applicable commercial insurance and operating requirements.
Passenger conduct, cleaning, and damage
Smoking, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, harassment, and damage to a vehicle are prohibited. The customer may be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair, damage, or downtime charges caused by passengers in the reservation party. Chauffeurs may end service when conduct creates a safety risk or violates the law.
Lost property
Ride On Nashville is not responsible for items left in a vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return reported property, and delivery or shipping costs may apply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ride On Nashville is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, itinerary changes, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Questions may be directed to admin@rideonnashville.com or 615-815-5771.
