How far in advance should I book?+
Advance reservations are recommended, especially for airport mornings, weekends, major events, and group travel. Same-day requests may be accommodated based on availability.
Do you operate 24/7?+
Yes. Rides can be scheduled around the clock. Advance booking helps us coordinate early-morning and late-night trips.
Do you monitor flights?+
Yes. For airport reservations, we use the flight details you provide to monitor arrival timing and coordinate pickup.
Is pricing upfront?+
Your quote is based on the itinerary and service details you provide. Any potential wait time, extra stops, or special-request charges should be confirmed before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will incur a cancellation charge.
How much complimentary waiting time is included?+
Domestic airport pickups include up to 45 minutes after the flight’s actual arrival time, international airport pickups include up to 60 minutes after the flight’s actual arrival time, and non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time. After the applicable grace period, waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the rate stated in your reservation confirmation.
Can I add an unscheduled stop?+
Unscheduled stops and itinerary changes are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability. Additional time, mileage, parking, or toll charges may apply.
How many people fit in an SUV?+
Our full-size luxury SUVs can typically accommodate up to six passengers. Luggage capacity depends on the passenger count and bag sizes.
Where do you provide service?+
We serve Nashville, BNA, surrounding communities, and regional destinations. Long-distance trips are available by request.
Do you offer long-distance transportation?+
Yes. Advance-reservation service is available to Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Louisville, Huntsville, Birmingham, Atlanta, regional private airports, and other interstate destinations. Pricing is provided by quotation based on the vehicle, route, schedule, duration, and special requirements.
Are child seats available?+
Please request child seating when you inquire. Availability, suitability, and any related fee must be confirmed before the trip.
